The Municipal Committee consists of the President and Municipal Councillors.

The Municipal Committee has exclusive powers defined in articles 63, 72, 73 and 74A of Law 3852/2010, as amended and in force, as well as in more specific provisions in the current regulatory framework (laws, presidential decrees and regulatory decisions), with which powers are conferred on the Commission.

The operation of the Municipal Committee is defined in article 75 of Law 3852/2010, as amended and in force.
